Hi,

I'm using Oracle JDBC Thin Driver v1.1. I'm trying to execute a SQL Statement using preparestatement.executeQuery() , with Oracle function in the select statement.
Eg. "Select TO_CHAR( sysdate, 'dd-mon-yyyy' ) FROM DUAL"

It raises an exception saying "Invalid Column Name". Is there any solution for this or Do I need to use higher version of Oracle JDBC Driver"?

Thanks

Regards
Sriram
