I download driver JDBC oracle Version 7.3.4.02 for NT and found problem to use JDBC
that all after restart Oracle Server and start connect Oracle Server by use java connect from client
It's wait connection until I break this conection and run java to conect again and break and connect again ...I do this routine so many times until I already connect Server.
Please tell me why it can not connect at first time after Oracle server startup at first time and solution for this problem?.
This is a java source code that I used it.

import java.sql.*;
import sqlj.runtime.*;
import sqlj.runtime.ref.DefaultContext;
public class testcon
{
public static void main(String args[[]]) throws SQLException {
System.out.println("start connection");
DriverManager.registerDriver(new oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver());
System.out.println("register pass");
Connection conn=
DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:oracle:thin:@TEST_SERVER:1521:INTS",
"IMXS", "IMXS"); // ****** I found problem in this statement *******
System.out.println("connection pass");
Statement stmt = conn.createStatement();
System.out.println("end connection");
ResultSet rs =
stmt.executeQuery("select currency_code,currency_desc from currency_code");
while(rs.next()){
String name= rs.getString(1);
String name3= rs.getString(2);
System.out.println(name+":" + name3);
}
rs.close();
conn.close();
}
}

Thankyou verymuch
Alex.
