Archive LOGS SHIPPED TO WRONG DESTINATION - FLASH
Set log_archive_dest_1 location to +DATA but some logs are still shipped to +FLASH

Your FRA is enabled?If yes then try to point db_recovery_file_dest to +DATA and check wheather it still going to +FLASH.
Post the querry result
