hello
i have an orcale9i database server on host "A" running windows xp the database name is "ORCL"
on another host called "B" i setup oracle9iAS infrastructure
under c:\oracleAS and the oracle9iBI under c:\oracleBI
the environement is a domain managed by a windows server 2003.
my first question is how to connect the Application server to the database server? do i use simply the net manager of the BI installation and create a service?
second question is when i finished oracle9iBI installation i opened the http server page and run the test form, it worked fine i got a form displaying "orcale 9i forms services installed successfully"
but when i type the same address from a client machine to run this test form i got nothing in the browser ?
third question i tried to run the test report from within the http server home page i got a sign in screen asking for a single sign on user name and password i tried the one for the "IAS_admin" didnt work...and i didnt get prompted for any other password during setup plz help
hope i get your help ovet these issues
