Does anyone know how to call a stored procedure using JDBC that has an IN OUT REF CURSOR as a parameter?

I have many samples that call OUT REF CURSORS, but I cant find any for IN OUT REF CURSORS).

Unfortunately this is not possible, which is extremely annoying. Please look at my message above on Cursor as in parameter for a bit more information.
