Hi,

I am also trying to publish the White Paper but not sure what is the complete process.
Could you please guide me with steps needed to publish White Paper.

I think you meant in the Wiki.
You first create a reference in the current Papers wiki page editing the appropriate section, like "[[File:my_paper.pdf | About something]]" (without the quotes) then you upload your file (my_paper.pdf) using the "Upload file" link in the left panel of this page.
Note: create the link before and upload the file after otherwise the file may be deleted as "orphan file" (file not referenced by any page).

Forgot to mention: give a meaningful name to your file and take care to not overwrite an existing one, the upload page will tell you if the file name already exists.

Thanks a lot Michel for this information.
Just one last point in Upload screen it does not give option of uploading pdf so how do we go about that?

The message is outdated, you should be able to upload a PDF file.
Actually, you should be able to upload almost all files with an extension matching a MIME type.
Try it and tell me if you can't.
