Don't you ever hear about Windows memory leaks?
Only one solution: a) upgrade to a supported version b) throw away Windows.

Hello Compuscience

Hope you are doing good!

Whenever there is a TNS issue in the Windows Environment. Please Check weather the TNS services are Manually or Automatically in services.msc file. The Navigation to the File can be done like this.

Go to Start>> click on Run >>> Then type services.msc

Then there will be a configuration window Will open then select the listener name service. then selectr it to MANUAL.

@ Seniors please Correct me. Your feedback is highly appreciatable

Please feel to Get back to me

Cheers
Kapardi

We already answer to the question.

Note that if the listener was not started then the message would be "there is no listener" and not "the listener cannot start a process", don't you think?

Michel
