Hi Friends,

I am having experience on oracle plsql developer and knowledger on forms,reports,designer. Now want to learn oracle BPEL Process manager developer, So installed things like this...
1)Oracle 11g (Downloaded from oracle site)
2)oracle 10g developer suite
3)oracle 10g BPEL Process (Downloaded from oracle site)
4)oracle 11g Jintiator (Downloaded from oracle site)

Now i want to know how to start learning oracle BPEL Process Manager?

Is it beneficial to learn BPEL process manager...

Please help me..
