Hi,
I am trying to interconnect the Oracle BRM server with the Customer Center module to the Oracle Self Care Portal. Can anyone tell me if I can use a peer to peer connection or if I need to use some sort of middleware. If I need to go down the middleware option do I need to use the Oracle AIA module or can I just use a 3rd party middleware product?
