I get the above error when trying to use spool command and I am logged in as SYSTEM. I have installed Oracle 8.1.6 and created a few databases with the database assistant. Do I need to run a script to enable restricted SQL commands ? Is there a list of SP2 errors as I haven't come across one in the oracle online documentation ?
