How do you create a btree index in sql
example
create btree index on student(sname);
The above statement does not work..how do we do ??

When you execute a create index statement
Oracle automatically creates a B-tree index.
Just use the normal create index syntax, ie.
CREATE INDEX <INDEX_NAME> on ...
