Hi!

I have some problem in my database.

If I tried to create a Procedure or any PL/SQL
block if there is any error I couldn't see the error messages.

It is giving like below

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-06540: PL/SQL: compilation error
ORA-06553: PLS-906: Message 906 not found; No message file for product=plsql, facility=PCM

For I try the same PL/SQL in Some other database it is giving the error messages..

I think Some problem in DBMS Packages...
I think It may be DBMS_STANDARD package problem..

How to solve this ?

Give me a suggestion...

Thanks in Advance..

Thanks and Regards
Suresh.N

Hi Suresh,

Try locating the error by typing "oerr ora 06540(error number)" at the unix command prompt.

Hi !

Thanks for Reply
Normally if any error comes, "show error" disply the error problem . For me it doesn't work.

Thanks and Regards
Suresh
