I am using Oracle 8.1.5 on Windows NT Server 4. I have the Management Server set for automatic but it does not start on bootup. When I try to start is manually under Services in the Control Panel, I get "Could not start the Management Server Service. Error 2140: An internal Windows NT Server Error occured. How do I fix this?

Hi Richard,
Management Server needs a running Database for startup. So you have to start your database where the OMS Repository resides first and then start the OMS.
