I meet a program that when I want to use the
"alter trigger xxxx disable" to disable a trigger,
I got the Ora-04020 error.So I try again, and this time,I succeed.
I make a table for test, and make a trigger. I can
disable this trigger with no problem.
Can anyone tell why, and how can I solve it.
