I maked a XML Publisher Report, in my template file aaa.rtf,
there is a formfield ,I coding
<?if:ACCOUNT_ID >1000 and :ACCOUNT_ID <2000 ?>
But showed wrong when it runing.
How to use "if" in XML?

I don't know about Publisher Report, so I have no idea if what you try is possible, but read your code again.
How would the XML-parser ever be able to distinguish between a "greater than" and a closing tag? You use > for both.
