I am trying to run a 10g form on the WEB. I am getting an error FRM-10142 "The HTTP Listener is not running on 127.0.0.1 at port 8890. Please start the listener or check your runtime preferences". I have already started the listener. When i use the default port, even then the browser opens but the form does not run. Can anyone tell me why such thing is happeneing ?
