I'm a newbie of Oracle, I have ever tried to use RMAN to backup, but if failed
Could you please give an example of how to backup and restore a Oracle 11g R2 using RMAN ? many thanks!

If we don't know what you did, and the nature of 'failed', how do you expect us to tell you what you did wrong? And doing so would be far, far better for your career development than simply giving you a simplistic script "that works".
